climate change affects kids mental health


Climate changes could severally upset the mental health of children world wide ,worn medical expects.Extreme weathers events ,drought,financial strain and changes in work ,migration pattern triggered by climate change will cause people to be increasing vulnerable to post traumatic stress disorder and depression said Helen berry,National center for epidemiology and population health (NCEPH) in Sydney"

Mental health problems aren't just collateral damage from climate change,they could well be one of the most profound effects,Warm berry."Climate change amplifies existing risks."particularly for children she added.despite the risk this is an area that has received little attention."The impacts will be more serve for children because they will be exposed to climate change for longer over their life time said Lyndallstazdins of nceph from the Australian nation university.
Children are also less mentally prepared to deal with the stess from climate change related trauma such as bush fines witch are set to increase by up to 75 percent by 2050,said steradians.All of factors interact and could result in great increase.
